These blended coffee drinks are the perfect cool and creamy drink to sip on this Fall!
The other day I’m over here sharing pumpkin spice milkshakes and now today I’m sharing a pumpkin spice frappuccino. I’m totally basic and I don’t care who knows it. #pumpkinspiceforthewin! The good thing about my pumpkin spice obsession is that most of you are pumpkin spice freaks just like me! #pumpkinspiceaddictsunite! Okay, that was the last hashtag, I promise. I really just love pumpkin spice everything. Ice cream, coffee, milkshakes, brownies, cupcakes, cheesecake, cookies, donuts – and now the obsession has extended to frozen coffee drinks!
Mentioning coffee, Dunkin’ Donuts® has their Pumpkin Spice Coffee out and it is literally my favorite thing about fall. I always make sure I stock up on it so I have it as a little treat through out the year because this season goes by so fast! That is what is used in this recipe instead of regular coffee to give it an extra boost of pumpkin spiciness. Also, to mix it up a little bit, I added in some Pumpkin Spice Latte M&M’S® for a little crunch.
I purchased all of my ingredients at Target and since I go there for everything, I’m there pretty much everyday. Each time I would go in, I would ask an employee if the coffee had been delivered yet since I didn’t see it on the shelves, they probably thought I was crazy. The M&M’S in my store are located in the front by the registers and are available exclusively at Target along with other Mars chocolate products. I saw them right before checking out and quickly snatched them up!
Every now and then it feels great to indulge in a rich and creamy coffee drink and while it’s great having someone prepare one for you, sometimes the price is not so great. You’ll save so much money making these kinds of coffee drinks at home and many times they taste even better! This pumpkin spice frappuccino is so creamy and full of spicy pumpkin flavor. You will want to drink the whole batch by yourself!
You’ll start off by making homemade cinnamon whipped cream. I just use my favorite whipped cream recipe spiked with some cinnamon. SO good. Then, all that’s left to do is whip up the frappuccino! Just add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the glorious orange drink into cups and enjoy with someone special!
