From the gooey cinnamon swirl, to the iconic cream cheese icing on top, this Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake is perfection for cinnamon roll lovers.
One of my favorite treats of all time is a big old cinnamon roll. Have you ever made those things from scratch though? They’re time consuming! While the time is totally worth it, I prefer to make shortcuts when I can. Making this cinnamon roll bundt cake is an easy way to get the flavors you love about a cinnamon roll, but in an easy-to-make cake! Plus, since it’s a bundt cake it’s pretty right out of the pan.
To make this cake, you’ll mix up the batter. Make sure to grease and very lightly flour your bundt pans to ensure no sticking. Half of the batter goes in, then the cinnamon sugar mixture goes on top and then more batter on top of that. Everything gets swirled around to create the delicious swirl you see in the photos. This has to be one of my favorite cakes of all time! When it’s cooled, you’ll whip up some cream cheese frosting and drizzle it on top to complete the cinnamon roll effect. This cake would even be perfect for a brunch party!

Help! The recipe calls for 2x 1/4 c brown sugar for the filling. Was this a typo? Should it be white AND brown sugar, or just 1/4c brown sugar?
Hi Brigid, yes, it is a typo. I will get that fixed ASAP! The filling should read 1/4 cup light brown sugar and 1/4 cup granulated sugar – I’m so sorry about the confusion! Enjoy! 🙂
