This simple old fashioned recipe for Oven-Baked Rice Pudding will never go out of style! The cozy spices and addition of raisins are such a yummy treat.

Rice pudding is one of those desserts that you either hate or you love. I never knew I loved it until I tried it and now it’s one of my favorite things to make and eat! It’s so perfect for those cold winter nights when you want to make something easy and delicious using simple ingredients you have on hand.

Making this oven version is super simple. You literally just mix everything together and dump it into a greased casserole dish and let it bake to gooey, custard heaven. You will have to stir it frequently, but that’s about the only work that is required! I also have a stove-top rice pudding version that I make all the time!
The soaked, plump raisins add such a yummy sweetness. I usually soak mine in hot water because my kids will eat this too BUT you can even soak them in dark rum for a little boozy treat!
