Creamy and flavorful strawberry cheesecake smoothie packed with the nutrients needed to start your day off right!
One thing that I love to make that I don’t drink often enough are smoothies. There are just so many ways to pack them with better ingredients and have them still taste delicious! Like this strawberry cheesecake smoothie, I can drink this every single day for the rest of my existence, it is SO addictingly awesome. My favvvvorite tool for breakfast time is Carnation Breakfast Essentials®.
Since breakfast is the most important meal of the day, by giving my son this I know he’s getting the nutrients he needs to start his day along with his breakfast. I usually just stir a packet right into some milk for him and I love making smoothies with mine. And that’s how this strawberry cheesecake smoothie was born!
In this smoothie I used frozen strawberries for sweetness, some 2% milk, vanilla great yogurt for protein, strawberry Carnation Breakfast Essentials® and some sugar-free cheesecake pudding powder to give the cheesecake flavor. All of these ingredients give you a perfectly balanced drink to start your day!
Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 packet Strawberry Carnation Breakfast Essentials®
- 2 tbs cheesecake pudding POWDER
- 5.3 oz vanilla greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Pour and serve.
