Protein Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

*Smoothie Bowl*

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries (I used a mixture of strawberries, blueberries and cherries)
  • 1 scoop Vega Essentials Shake - vanilla
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey

*Toppings:*

  • 4-5 sliced strawberries optional
  • 1 sliced banana optional
  • 2 tbs sliced almonds optional
  • 1 -2 tbs chia seeds optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and decorate the top with the toppings of your choice.
