1. Grease a 9x13 pan and set aside.
2. In a large saucepan on medium-low heat, melt the butter.
3. Once butter is melted, add in the marshmallows and mix until melted with a few chunks of marshmallows still visible. Add in the vanilla.
4. Stir in the lucky charms cereal until completely coated.
5. Pour cereal mixture into prepared pan and and spread out until evenly distributed. For this step I used a piece of folded parchment paper to help press down so it does't stick but you can use wax paper or spray a spatula with non-stick cooking spray and press down.
6. Let them cool a bit then cut them up into squares and serve.
