Nutella Pie
This super easy, no-bake Nutella pie is insanely creamy, full of flavor and absolutely delicious!

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbs powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Nutella
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 store-bought Oreo pie crust or homemade
In the bowl of your stand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Spoon whipped cream into a large bowl and set aside.
Beat together Nutella and cream cheese until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into Nutella mixture until completely combined.
Pour mixture into pie crust and smooth into an even layer.
Cover with a layer of plastic wrap and then a layer of foil. Place in freezer for 4 hours or until set. Garnish with desired toppings and serve.
Alternatively, for a softer textured pie, you can set in the refrigerator for 6+ hours or overnight until firm enough to cut into slices.
* You can substitute one 8 oz container of thawed frozen whipped topping for the homemade whipped cream.
Storage Instructions: Store pie in the freezer until ready to serve. Allow to thaw at room temperature for about an hour until ready to slice.
Freezing Instructions: To freeze for a longer period of time, wrap in a layer of plastic wrap and then a layer of foil. Place I a freezer-safe resealable bag and freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to serve, remove from freezer about an hour before serving to allow it to thaw a bit for the best creamy texture.
