Strawberry Cheesecake Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Strawberry Sensation Carnation Breakfast Essentials® powder
  • 1 oz cream cheese I use the Greek yogurt kind for added protein
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 5.3 oz containers strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries chopped, about 4 large strawberries

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into your blender except for the strawberries and pulse until completely smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and fill them about ⅔ full. Distribute strawberries on top of each and push down into the mixture with the end of a spoon to disburse evenly throughout each popsicle. Add popsicle sticks and cover tightly. Freeze until firm about 6 hours or overnight.
