Place all ingredients into your blender except for the strawberries and pulse until completely smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and fill them about 2/3 full. Distribute strawberries on top of each and push down into the mixture with the end of a spoon to disburse evenly throughout each popsicle. Add popsicle sticks and cover tightly. Freeze until firm about 6 hours or overnight.
