Pumpkin Spice Milkshakes

Servings 2 milkshakes


  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream about 4 large scoops
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree NOT pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or more to desired consistency
  • 2 graham crackers crushed fine, optional
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce optional
  • whipped cream optional


  • Place crushed graham crackers and caramel sauce in two separate bowls, if using. Set aside.
  • Add all ingredients into your blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Add more or less milk until your desired consistency is achieved. Drizzle the inside of two glasses and dip the rims in caramel sauce then dunk them into the crushed graham crackers. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.
