Peanut Butter Honey Rice Krispie Treats

These super chewy and protein-packed Peanut Butter Honey Rice Krispie Treats are so simple to make and the result is out of this world!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 7 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies® Cereal

Instructions

  • Line a 9x13 pan with foil and lightly grease. Set aside.
  • In a large pot on medium-low heat, add honey and peanut butter and stir until melted and smooth. Fold in cereal and mix until peanut butter mixture is evenly distributed.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan and press it down until firm. I like to use a small piece of parchment paper so it doesn't stick. Allow to cool completely before cutting into them.

Storage instructions: Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats will stay fresh for up to 6 days stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
