Glazed Hawaiian Kielbasa

One of the easiest and most delicious kielbasa recipes that is perfect for parties or get-togethers! Sweet and savory, this appetizer is always a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 2 13 oz packages Polska kielbasa sliced into ½" pieces
  • 3 cups light brown sugar packed
  • 20 oz can pineapple chunks

Instructions

Slow Cooker Instructions:

  • Add sliced kielbasa, brown sugar and pineapple into a slow cooker and stir to coat gently. Turn slow cooker to low and cook for 4 hours OR cook on high for 2 hours.

Oven Instructions:

  • Stir all ingredients in a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Storage instructions: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
