- 5 lb ground beef
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1-2 red or green bell peppers diced
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
- 28 oz tomato sauce
- 14.5 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes or regular diced tomatoes
Chili Seasoning
- 8 tbs chili powder
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 2 tbs onion powder
- 2 tbs cumin
- 1 tbs salt or to taste
- 1 tbs granulated sugar
- 1 tbs parsley
- 2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Stovetop Instructions:

Sauté onions and peppers in the same skillet until tender. Add beef and remaining ingredients and bring to a low boil uncovered for 45-60 minutes.
