No-Churn Cookies and Cream Ice Cream

This super easy and delicious no-churn cookies and cream ice cream features creamy vanilla ice cream infused with a generous helping of Oreo cookies. With each bite, you'll experience the perfect balance of velvety smoothness and satisfying cookie crunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 30 Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions

  • In a stand mixer with whisk attachment or a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  • Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and beat again until fully combined.
  • Fold in crushed Oreos by hand with a rubber spatula - reserve a few tablespoons to sprinkle on the top before freezing, if desired.
  • Pour ice cream mixture into a freezer-safe airtight container and freeze until firm enough to scoop, about 6 hours.

Storage Instructions: Freeze cookies and cream ice cream in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
