Vanilla Marshmallow Latte with Homemade Marshmallow Whipped Cream

Ingredients

Marshmallow Whipped Cream

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz marshmallow creme
  • 2-3 PEEPS® chopped

Latte

  • 1 cup hot coffee
  • ¼ cup International Delight® PEEPS® Sweet Marshmallow Coffee Creamer
  • ½ tbs vanilla syrup

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Beat in marshmallow crème until smooth. Fold in chopped PEEPS®, set aside.
  • Pour hot coffee into a mug. Add syrup and coffee creamer, stirring well. Top with marshmallow whipped cream. Add unique toppings to finish it off like sprinkles and additional PEEPS®.
