Homemade Caramel Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

cup
half & half
½
cup
milk
1
cup
caramel sauce
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat half & half and milk until hot. Pour in caramel and whisk until completely combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Pour into an airtight container and store for up to 4 weeks. Shake well before using.
