Authentic Italian Meatballs

✓ ground beef, pork & veal ✓ egg yolks ✓ salt & pepper ✓ garlic powder ✓ basil ✓ parsley ✓ pecorino romano cheese  ✓ Italian breadcrumbs ✓ whole milk

Gather all meatball ingredients in a large bowl.


Mix very well until all ingredients are fully combined.


Roll into 1-2 inch balls and place on greased & lined baking sheet.


Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Add to sauce to finish cooking.
