This super easy, no-bake pie is insanely creamy, full of flavor and absolutely delicious!

Creamy Frozen Nutella Pie - Sprinkle Some Sugar

This pie. There are just no words to describe how amazing it is you guys, but I’ll try. Have you ever had a dessert that’s so OMGAMAZING that you have to actually FORCE yourself to put the fork down? This is one of those. As if Nutella wasn’t addicting enough on its own (raise your hand if your a spoon-to-the-jar kind of person {me}), combine it with things like fresh whipped cream, cream cheese and Oreos and it’s on a whole different level. A different planet, even. It’s absolute creamy, dreamy heaven.

 {p.s don’t mind my melted whipped cream border blobs. I guess it was hot in my kitchen during this photo shoot, ha!}
The real kicker here is that it’ll only take you about 10 minutes to throw this pie together. I made it even easier by buying a pre-made Oreo crust but feel free to take the extra few minutes and make your own. Did I mention I’m lazy? That’s another reason why I LOVE this creamy frozen Nutella pie so much because it’s no-bake! You just whip up the ingredients in your mixer and dump it in the crust and freeze until firm. Perfect for those warm days coming up (hopefully) soon when you don’t want to turn on your oven!

Warning: Do not taste the mixture before freezing or it may result in eating the whole thing.. resulting in no filling for your pie. The hardest part about this recipe is waiting for it to firm up in the freezer! This makes a great make ahead dessert. I’ve made it 48 hours in advance with no issues. Just be sure to cover it very, very well.

^ SO. RIDICULOUSLY. CREEEAMY.
Garnish with some whipped cream, hot fudge sauce, crushed Oreos, sprinkles – whatever your little heart desires to make it pretty and DIG IN!

Servings 1 9"pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbs confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 store-bought Oreo pie crust or homemade

Instructions

  • In the bowl of your stand mixer, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Stir in sugar and vanilla. Spoon whipped cream into a bowl and set aside. Using the same mixing bowl, add Nutella and cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add the whipped cream back and mix until completely combined. Pour mixture into pie crust and smooth into an even layer. Cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until set. Garnish with desired toppings and serve.

Notes

Notes:
*You may substitute one 8 oz tub of whipped topping for the homemade whipped cream.
