This pie is so creamy and jam packed with strawberry flavor.

No-Bake Strawberry Yogurt Pie - Sprinkle Some Sugar

I’ve been on a crazy yogurt kick lately. Yogurt is one of my go-to snacks during the day in between meals because it’s a much better option than anything else I would otherwise reach for. (Ahem.. cookies and ice cream) Speaking of ice cream, I can hardly go a day without it. I love it so much! The new Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts are perfect for when I want to reach for the ice cream carton, but force myself not to. They’re just the right amount of wrong for when you need a mid-day pick-me-up. I mean, I wouldn’t completely trade in my beloved ice cream for it, but it is so delicious!

While my son naps during the day and the laundry is done, I’ll usually sit down, relax and catch up on some of my tv shows. During this {sacred} time, I like to indulge on something yummy and instead of reaching for the naughty things, these yogurts have been a great replacement! It’s like having a little “me moment” once a day, since all of us moms know that the ONLY time we get those moments is when the little ones are sleeping, lol!

These yogurts come in three different flavors: Mint Chocolate Chip, Raspberry Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Bean. Vanilla bean is my favorite of the three because it has the most delicious flavor and I love that you can see the vanilla bean flecks floating throughout every bite! This flavor is the one I’m going to be using in today’s recipe. I picked up all of my Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt essentials at my local Walmart (where I also attended a demo and taste tested the flavors before I bought them!) in the refrigerated section next to all of the other yogurts:

Enter: Creamy Strawberry Yogurt Pie.

This pie is super creamy, and jam packed with strawberry flavor! The filling is a mixture of yogurt, cool whip, strawberry jell-o powder for a punch of strawberry flavor – which gives this pie it’s gorgeous pink color! – and threw in some diced strawberries to give it some texture. This pie is seriously so good! The creamy filling is all nestled into a buttery graham cracker crust and it tastes like a strawberry shortcake in pie form. (!!!!!!) Did I mention how much I LOVE strawberry shortcake?

^^ Look. How. Creeeeamy.

This pie is unbelievably easy to make. If you ever need a quick dessert to make for a party or gathering, this is perfect since it only requires a handful of ingredients and comes together in minutes!

No-Bake Strawberry Yogurt Pie

PRINT RECIPE
Servings 1 9" pie

Ingredients

*Graham Cracker Crust*

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbs light brown sugar
  • 7 tbs unsalted butter melted

*Strawberry Pie Filling*

  • 2 5.3oz Vanilla Bean Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts
  • 1 8 oz container whipped topping (I use Cool Whip)
  • 2 tbs strawberry Jell-o powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries chopped

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse graham crackers into a fine crumb. Add brown sugar and pulse a few more times to evenly distribute. Dumb mixture into a pie plate and pour melted butter on top. Stir it around with a fork until all of the crumbs are moistened and pack them down into the pie plate going about 1" up the sides. Set crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
  • In a large bowl, stir yogurt, whipped topping and Jell-o powder together until blended. Fold in chopped strawberries. Pour this filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top into an even layer. Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or until set. You can also set the pie in the refrigerator for a frozen pie, but it isn't as creamy out of the freezer.
  • Pie will stay fresh for up to 3 days stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

I love this pie! I am not a cream cheese fan and a lot of no-bake desserts use that ingredient. It is nice to see something different (like using yogurt.)

Great recipe! Just replaced strawberries with raspberries and also lost crust when made it for a second time! Great success! Thank you!

That was always my favorite time to watch shows too, nap time. I got into the habit of watching The View then, and now it’s my lunch break guilty pleasure. 🙂 This pie is gorg, pinned!

Okay so the “me” time I totally understand. My 8 month old takes about 3 ten minute naps a day (lucky me)…so my “me” time is severely lacking! Loving this pie. Seriously gorgeous pics!
