Brownie pudding (Slow Cooker) is the ultimate comfort dessert made easy right in your slow cooker so you can set it and forget it. A combination of gooey brownies and silky pudding takes indulgence to a whole new level!
It's crockpot season you guys and boy have I got a delicious recipe to share! It's dessert made in a slow cooker that you set and forget. Dessert can't get any easier than this! One of my favorite desserts [ever] is a warm, gooey brownie topped with vanilla ice cream. There are tons of recipes out there for lava CAKES that use cake mix made in the slow cooker, but not many for lava brownies using brownie mix. One gloomy afternoon I totally had a hankering for my favorite dessert and lo and behold, this slow cooker brownie pudding was born! And now I can't stop making it.

How to make brownie pudding
- Spray slow cooker very well with non-stick cooking spray and set to high.
- Mix up brownie mix with ingredients required on box and pour into slow cooker.
- Whisk together pudding mix and milk. Allow to thicken up slightly and dump into slow cooker on top of brownie mix, do not stir them together but spread the pudding out with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Brownie pudding is done once the edges are set - the center will NOT be done, it will be gooey from the pudding so you must test done-ness on the edges.
- Serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired! It's totally necessary.
